Apricot Orange Fudge In A New Avatar, in this New Aum Cuisine Video!!!
What can I say? This is really the best honor a food blogger can get. When I published my Apricot Orange fudge/Halwa, little did I know that it would take such a magnificent avatar.
Remember (from this post), Vaidyaji of Aum Cuisine featured my fudge recipe and we demonstrated it together in the You Tube video? Well, at the same time, she also came up with this brilliant application of the fudge as a sandwich spread. Right then and there, she made this incredible sandwich with these simple ingredients, while the filming was going on… and to my astonishment, she named the sandwich after me!!! Honestly, it was the most delicious sandwich I have eaten, it was soooo delicious.
The video got released today in the Aum Cuisine channel and has sent me to cloud nine. Fondly recollecting the lovely day that I spent with the Aum Cuisine filming team, learning so much about the healing power of food and appreciating what we eat everyday. Thank you again, Vaidyaji! This is really the brightest feather in my blogging hat!
Go on, watch the video and subscribe to the You Tube channel as I have done. Truly, the best resource for ANYONE on the path of healthy eating. Even a person who considers cooking a chore, will find Vaidyaji’s unique presentation and teaching techniques inspiring enough to venture into it.
